Mango Thokku recipe, How to Make Mango Thokku Step by Step

Being the master of fruits and veggies Mango is also a preferred option for planning pickles. All kinds of pickles have their own significance and flavor. Grated Mango Pickle created from whole spices or herbs has its own unique taste.

INGREDIENTS:-

1. Raw Mango 1- 300gms
2. Red Hot pepper Powder- 4 tablespoon
3. Hing 1/2 teaspoon
4. Salt to taste
5. Fenugreek Powder 1/2 teaspoon
6. Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
7. Gingerly Oil 4 tablespoon
8. Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon



METHOD:-

1. Wash, remove mango skin and set it aside. Warm 1 tbsp of gingerly oil in a pan and add the mustard plant seeds and hing.

2. When the mustard plant seeds begin to sputter, add the grated apple and mix well. Add turmeric extract powdered and salt and provide it with an excellent mix. 

3. Keep the fire low and allow the grated mangoes to prepare perfectly. Usually, in 3-4 moments, the Mango will be smooth and charming. Now it's high a chance to add
the red chili powdered. Add red chili powdered to the pan and mix well. Add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan and mix well. Modify the sodium if required.

4. Keep the fire low and allow the thokku to merge well until the oil definitely likes out of the thokku. Lastly, add fenugreek powdered, mix well and Turn off the fire. Take the thokku in an air-tight package and once it comes to the 70 degrees, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add it to the top of the thokku and shut the package with a lid and chill to have an extended lifestyle. The oil maintains this thokku

5. Delicious and spicy Mango Thokku is now prepared to serve!
