INGREDIENTS:-

1. 1kg of chicken, cut into apt sizes
2. 1½ tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
3. 1½ tablespoons of red chili powder
4. ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
5. 1½ to 2 tablespoons of salt
6. 3 lemons (squeeze them and collect the juice. Heat it for 3 minutes and let it cool.)
7. 4 tablespoons of oil

1. 3 tablespoons of coriander seeds
2. 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
3. 1½ teaspoons of fenugreek seeds
4. 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
5. 2 inch cinnamon stick
6. 6 cloves
7. 1 star anise
8. 1 Elaichi/cardamom

To Temper:-

1. 30 fresh curry leaves
2. A pinch of methi seeds
3. 15 cloves garlic
4. 3-4 dry red chilies
5. ¾ cup of oil

METHOD:-

1. Dry cook each of the spices or herbs independently over low warm and allow it to cool. Mix them together and smash them to a great powdered.

2. Take a heavy-bottomed vessel. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and warm it.

3. Increase flame to terrific and add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and red soup powdered.

4. After Five minutes are up, continue food preparation but at fire decreased to the method. You have to keep mixing until all the oil is divided and hardly any water content is left. This method is important and frequently continue for 25 moments.

5. Take another heavy-bottomed vessel. Heat Three-quarter cup of oil in it and add curry leaves in, methi plant seeds, mashed garlic cloves, and dry red chilies. Sauté for 60 seconds.

8. Add the fresh squeezed orange juice to this vessel and mix well. Turn off the fire to allow it to cool.

9. Store this mix in an air-tight container and chill.
